An Active Community
Villa Raffaella Assisted Living is an active and vibrant community with programs, outings, and events scheduled on a daily basis.
Our residents are actively engaged in activities and programs that include regular outings, music programs, dances, exercise and games, designed to stimulate the mind and body, health and wellness events, cooking classes and so much more. Our activity calendar changes regularly and includes seasonal programs and holiday events.
The celebration of the Holy Mass, praying the Rosary and providing spiritual care is at the center of our mission. Friends, family, and community are always invited to join us for services. However persons of all faiths are welcome at Villa Raffaella, and we welcome the opportunity to work residents so they are able to continue their spiritual path.
Activities
Daily Activities
Musical entertainment, dances, exercise, games, computer and craft classes are all available to help keep our residents’ mind, body and spirit active and engaged.
Outings
Residents at Villa Raffaella enjoy many outings throughout the year. We provide transportation to area shopping centers, the local WalMart, area restaurants, and other destinations. With the use of our wheelchair accessible van, the outings we organize are for our ambulatory residents as well as for those who have challenges getting around.
Cooking Classes
Villa Raffaella Assisted Living Community has a community kitchen where residents can participate in cooking classes and cooking demonstrations. With our chef’s guidance, our residents enjoy preparing healthy and delicious meals and desserts.
Mass & Rosary
Prayer and spiritual care are at the center of our lives at Villa Raffaella. We have a beautiful, recently renovated chapel integrated into our building. Daily Mass is celebrated at Villa Raffaella. We also have a daily Rosary group that meets. Throughout the year, we also provide opportunities for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and confession.
Dining
Villa Raffaella Assisted Living Community features a restaurant-style dining room and a private dining room. In our spacious and bright dining room, residents gather for meals on a daily basis. But our residents can host family members and loved ones in our private dining room.
We provide a delicious menu for our residents. We enjoy a five-week meal cycle that changes seasonally! No resident could possibly get bored with the amazing food choices we offer.

Community Rooms
Villa Raffaella Assisted Living Community encourages family members and loved ones to visit our residents. Certainly, guests are welcome to visit our residents’ personal apartments, but we have comfortable spaces throughout the community for gatherings as well including our living room, library, sun porch, the bistro and many indoor and outdoor spaces. Villa Raffaella Assisted Living features comfortable and cheery gathering spaces for our residents’ use. This is a perfect place for visits with family members and loved ones. On a regular basis, our residents meet in our lounges for games, social events, and other impromptu gatherings.
Outdoor Spaces
Residents at Villa Raffaella can enjoy our courtyards, covered porches, gardens, and walking paths. Our fenced in courtyards provide our residents with a peaceful place to commune with nature and enjoy the lovely jersey shore weather.
Beauty Salon
Villa Rafaella provides an on-site salon and beauty parlor for our residents. Our salon offers hair styling as well as beauty services. Appointments are available weekly
Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are available for our residents to use. Each area has easy to use residential type equipment to do laundry a breeze. For those residents who prefer to have their laundry done for them, we are pleased to offer this service as well.
On-site Medical and Wellness Services
Residents at Villa Raffaella can avail themselves of a host of on-site medical and wellness services, including 7 days a week access to wellness nurses, 24-hour resident assistant services, primary care physician, therapy, pharmacy and laboratory services are just a few of the many needs which can be met on-site at Villa Raffaella.
Safety & Security
The safety and security of our assisted living residents is our top priority. Our Residents and their loved ones can have peace of mind knowing that assistance is available through the use of our customized call bell system. Additionally, all external doorways and outdoor gates have secured entry and egress.
We also have a backup generator that powers Villa Raffaella Assisted Living. In the event of a power outage, we can provide for our residents’ safety.
