At Villa Raffaella we recognize that residents have their own individual routines, interests, capabilities, and needs. Our Goal is to preserve and accommodate their individuality. Working in partnership with our residents, their families, and physicians, we determine the level of service and assistance they require or prefer.
We know that many residents are capable of meeting some of their own needs and that families often want to remain involved in caregiving. Our assessment process helps everyone involved determine what roles the residents, their families, and Villa Raffaella will play in making sure that needs are met.


Basic standard services that we provide to all residents include:
- Three Delicious Meals Per Day (And Snacks)
- Wellness Nurse access 7 days a week, Professional Nurse on call, 24 hours a day
- Scheduled Transportation
- Experienced caregivers, 24 hours a day
- Weekly housekeeping and linen changes
- Routine maintenance of building and grounds
- Cable and Wifi service
