At Villa Raffaella, our goal is to
satisfy your need for Quality Care at affordable rates. That's why
your monthly fee is based on your choice of accommodations and the level of
service and assistance you need or want (as determined by your assessment).
The basic fees for each type of residential unit are as follows:

For either unit, there is a one-time admission fee of $1000.00 per person. The basic daily rates include the standard and additional services as described under Customized Services And Care which are available to all residents who are at the basic service level of care.
All services are provided at the resident's request and based on need. Additional fees are applied only when a resident's needs require higher levels of care, and are negotiated with the resident and his or her family upon admission and whenever the needs of the resident change.
The following items are not included in the basic and additional fees charged by Villa Raffaella and are billed or contracted separately:
